Since this recipe is in Hungarian, You can find a basic but handy vocabulary here to figure out what kind of ingredients you need.

This recipe reminds me to my great grandmother’s traditional pies and cakes. The crust itself is so simple, not too dominant, but has a special, friable texture. The cinnamon flavoured filling with the walnut foam on the top is so rich and didn’t become dry during the baking.

If you like when the tastes makes you remember to the good old days, I definitely recommend you to bake this pie.
