Chicken with red wine is one of the best things on Earth.

The special flavoured, silky sauce, the meat which is soft as butter… and those awesome mushrooms! I’m a big fan of them but I’ve never eat as delicious button mushrooms as these ones, so honestly that was the best part of this dish for me!

Nowadays I make the mash with double cream instead of butter+milk and use my hand  mixer on low speed because it makes the mash smooth at the same time.

A vörösboros csirke az egyik legnagyszerűbb találmány a Földön.

A különleges ízű, selymes szaft, a vajpuha hús…. és azok a gombák! Gomba rajongó vagyok, de még sohasem ettem ilyen ízletes mini csiperkéket mint ezek, őszintén megvallva számomra ez volt a fogás lehető legjobb része!

Manapság a krumplipürét sűrű főzőtejszínnel készítem vaj+tej helyett és a kézi mixerem segítségével, alacsony fokozaton kevertem, mivel ez egyúttal egyenletessé is teszi a pürét.
