Coppa, goat’s curd and figs on crispy ciabatta

Start your day with a ‘slice’ of Italy. The fresh, premium ingredients on a slice of crispy ciabatta bread… who needs a better start in the morning?

The Coppa is made of lean Italian pork neck marinated with rustic spices, gently smoked over beach wood and air-dried for three months.


INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the ciabatta
  2. Spread the slices with goat’s curd
  3. Place the coppa, salad and figs on the top

Coppa, krémes kecskesajt és füge ropogós ciabattán

Kezdd a napod egy szelet Itáliával.  A friss, kitűnő minőségű alapanyagok egy szelet ropogós kenyéren… kinek kell ennél jobb napindító?

Coppa sovány, olasz sertésnyakból kélszül, rusztikus fűszerekkel pácolják, bükkfán gyengéden megfüstölik majd három hónapig levegőn szárítják.

ELKÉSZ͍TÉS

  1. Szeletelt fel a ciabattát.
  2. Kend meg a szeleteket a krémes kecskesajttal.
  3. Halmozd a Coppát és a fügéket a tetejére.
